CA TII side skirts install help???

can anyone around the 626 area code help me put on my side skirts??? i know it seems easy just need help to drill the holes and fit them on right... dont think i can live with them not on straight or not done right haha

does the skirts you bought have the clips on there? that'll make life a lil more easier on ya. other than that, just clean the surfaces, double tape, and rivet/screw em on.

lol i would take it to lucky 7 but im kinda broke after buying them and paying for a ticket that is dure next week...

ill let you guys (socalrotor or StarScreamFD) know this weekend if im not busy with anything... pm you numbers and ill give you guys a call.. i live in baldwin park 91706 or if anything ill go to you guys

installing those t2 sideskirts suck. I will never do that ever again. I hated it.

This is too funny.

Blue masking tape is your friend for keeping everything lined up properly. Double stick tape is your friend for holding it in place while you drill the holes. I suggest you drill and tap for 10MM nuts for the underside, simple self taping screws for the wheel wells.

Go with rivets, self tapping screws look like garbage....
Also make sure it’s the double sided tape for auto body parts (black thin stuff) its way more sticky and has a rating of about 1lb per square in.

Unless you want or need to remove one of the pieces later on. Kind of why Mazda designed stock side skirts to be removable.

^Sorry didn't mean that to sound so dick lol, I meant, I perfer rivets to self tapping screws, and all you need is a ~1/16 drill bit and if you do it right the rivet will come right out. The "ring" of the rivet will come out with the drill bit and the rest will fall out.
