three piece rims dismantle?

three piece rims dismantle?
I'm going to get the center of my WORKS painted but i was wondering if there is a special way to take them apart? I know you have to put them together a certain way. Does anyone know?

the face is sandwiched, so try scraping the silicone around the inside so you can see where the 3 pieces join.
