Third Annual "What Happens In Vegas Meet" 2010
WELCOME ROTARIE BROTHERS AND SISTERS!
In discussions with Phils8, the Vegas 8's Godfather. I am proud to announce we will be joining forces and helping grow "What Happens in Vegas" to an all Rotary invent. With the passionate members we have among us I trust as a group we can make this a nationally known event. Vollunteers will be needed to help throughout this event so show the SCR spirit and lets make this happen.
Announcement of the third annual Las Vegas "What Happens In Las Vegas" Meet. This event is open to all rotary vehicles
Date of the meet: June 18th and 19th, 2010
Friday evening gathering: In & Out Burgers on West Sahara
Friday evening party: Presently looking for the least expensive kart track that has food. Will announce final location when I have a deal after which a close place for drinks will be in order.
Saturday drive meet point: In & Out Burgers on West Sahara 10am
Saturday evening party: Hoffbrahause , Las Vegas, 7pm

SinCityRotary.com Members don't hesitate to say your coming so your accounted for in the running headcount and if anyone needs help with their Rotary as we get closer just speak up.
We are posting early so that you can set this time aside. If you know your coming, let us know so we can plan.
To those of you that have not attended a Las Vegas meet, The over view will be:
Friday June 18th, 6pm - 8pm a general meet at the In & Out burger parking lot that will move to a place of libation and food at around 9am thru ?.
Saturday June 19th at 10am we will meet in a place yet to be announced for a drive in the Las Vegas area. The drive is usually about two hours in length and will end at a local Hotel for lunch. There will be a several hour break for rest, recreation and sight seeing. The party group (all that wish to attend) will meet at the Hoffbrahause for beer, food and friendship from 7pm until ?
This years drive will be close in to Las Vegas and will be on all paved roads (unless the state or county do their thing again this year), some narrow roads and some twisty roads and some freeway. There will be one spot (again this year) that will require a $5 entry fee (nothing is free anymore).
The weather will again this year be very warm but not blazing hot (yet). Be sure you carry drinking water, a hat, vehicle water and oil.
