Is there any Intakes legal in C.A.

I live in C.A. and just want to know if there is any Legal Intakes you could use in C.A. without getting in trouble with cops

K&N cone filter will do fine...
i got pull over and the cop make me pop my hood.
and he let me go with an K&N filter

I have a HKS filter... i didnt find any CARB stickers or anything in the box?.. where can I get one.
