found an okay write up... but need a good one to make sure i do it all right... anyone got a good idea or wanna come hang out tomorrow and we'll order pizza or something???
You don't have to go into the dash unless you want to take out the heater and such. I also assume your just going to throw away the AC parts. I just ripped mine out. it's a lot less of a headache than removing the lines the right way. I just kept the condenser.

Well with mine, I am pretty sure the compressor is going out and If I am going to spend money on a new compressor then I am going to want to just retrofit the whole thing. Meaning new rubber lines, dryer, compressor, condensor, etc. That just doesn't seem worth it when I look into my future plans of engine modification. In the end it may end up with A/C again but it'll probably be a bit different than the stock setup.

lol naw i don't want a manual rack.. theyre harder to steer with than the ps rack with out the ps lol... plus thats just extra work.. but im probably gonna keep all my ps **** to see if i really want it off or not
Just de-power your rack the right way or it will be 10 times harder than a manual rack.
