starting a clutch company need help.
my co-worker's father manufactures clutches, and flywheels for all kinds of vehicles. from sports cars to tractors, and bulldozers. i bought a stage2 clutch set for my sr20det 240. it grips great. i got it for so cheap i decieded to start selling them. what im starting with is stage2 set for the 2nd gen n/a, and the t2. its design is the most commonly used, and it is a 4 or 6 puck clutch disk with an extreme heavy duty pressure plate which holds 75% over stock that has 2000 lbs of clampload for cars containing 200 -300 hp. i also offer 3 light weight flywheels. as of now i dont have pics of the pressure plate that i offer but i have one for the 3rd gen. it needs a name, got any ideas? here some pics.

Push type pressure plates don't have this ring... 1st gen, 2nd gen are push type.
As for name of the clutch company? Spitfire clutches.

thanks. when i start selling them and have made a little $ im gonna be giving out a three sets, one for drag , one for grip, and one for drifting. the 3 pics are what i would recommend for drag and drifting. the two pics are good for grip racing, the engagement isnt as harsh so ull be less likely to oversteer. thanks for the support. as soon as i see it connin off the ground im gonna sponser 3 TRACK cars. for the guys that put there cars on the track, and push them i want to help. i hope to sponsor a turbo fc, s13 sr20det coupe, and an evo or an wrx sti. im not talking about tomarrow, but thats what i want to do. thanks.

Awesome, GL with the business. One tip of advice, always make your self available to talk. Nothing is more frustrating to a potential or already customer than trying to contact a vendor and getting nothing but voicemail and no email response.
Even if you have Bad news(for example, your late on a shipping deadline, and its going to take even longer to get it out) the customer will appreciate you being straight forwarded and honest. Just tell it like it is.

sounds like a good idea as long as you keep prices competitive. lighter flywheels at a fraction of the cost sounds good too.
Spitfire Clutch CO. or SCCO.

just guessing , could be around 500 to 600,and i might need ur car for 2 days to ensure proper grab. what have u done to it. how much hp. if ur under 200 to the wheels u might be able to use a stage1 set up if it grips properly. itll be a little less expensive. WAN....... thanks for the support. im a little embarrassed, cause at the momment im driving an s13 coupe, and dont even have a rotary. needed a daily driver dropped an sr in it and it was no good................ so here i go again..swappin and converting ,,, but on a car im not use to. should have kept the s5. id feel kind of funny commin in that. i hope someone can give me a ride.
