Thanks, Wacky, but I got my mirrors and wiring all cleaned up and in place; now working on the switch provisions.

If you can dredge up an original SA-style mirror control (the one that mounts under the dash, on the left of the steering wheel) as used in the LS versions, I'd be interested in getting ahold of one.

I'm currently working on making a reproduction of that mounting plate (done in cast urethane, from a mold I made from a borrowed original), but using the FB-style square switch. It's been a challenge.

 

Did we decide on where we would be meeting for this caravan yet?
