Spoiler is coming off a little

So my stock spoiler is starting to come off... Its a few mm off or so... The Things that are suppose to keep it down broke or something. So has any else had this happened before and how did you deal with it. I tried some of that super adhesive stuff from kragen and didn't work...

So anyone got ne cheap ideas to fix the problem. Or would i have to take it to a shop to get it taken care off and around how much would that cost.

Here is a pic of the left side... couldnt get the right one.... sun was in the way.

misterstyx69 has been pretty helpful with some of the msg he provided me. I put up a pic to explain what im about to say. I just want to get this all down before I start removal of the spoiler.

The Circles I understand are the caps. There is a screw and bolt and nut under there that are about 8mm and 1/4.

The P are the pedastals there is a bolt the glued in there that has been dislodged So that is JB weld back in there.

The Red spots are some plastic thingies that im not exactly sure what to do with.

you should go the junkyard, and swipe another plastic snap on. if not, repair the one you have now. if all else fails use gorilla glue. The trick is you need to lay a book on top of it while it's drying.
