South SF Bay shop to grind/reweld cat

I would like to modify my stock FD cat to increase flow by grinding down the inner flange seam weld and rewelding it on the outside. Any place in the south bay that would do a good job on this?

I hope your kidding, you might as well get a high flow cat and keep the oe cat for testing purposes.
