we seriously need some tracks NEAR LA.... they should open a track were they held the RED BULL drift event, in LONG BEACH !!!

seriously the state could own it, make money from holding track events or something..

oh well, lets hope the terminator does something soon..

bahh.. no it is because of movies.. movies, then need for speed underground games, then pep boys selling ricer parts .. yeah.. because they wanna make money without thinking of the effect they will have.

whats with teh asian dude wiht the machine gun and the wannabe bolo yueng lookin dude in the video??

If you guys have the money to build a fast car, good, make something of yourself by goin to the track and making a portfolio, do shows, track races and get your 15 minutes of fame in magazines, companys etc.. not stay illegal street racer for years and never get recognition for it besides street cred which doesnt mean **** outside of the small handful of street racers who probably take it seriously

ya but then those people become arrogant ********. **** that i use to street race for years, and ya the fucken pelones and idiot ricers did **** it up. and ya maybe they should open a track. but even when they do, they dont let you race your your car unless it passes a 2 billion point inspection. thats what deters most people. thats why i stick to the canyons and highways.

Are you freakin kidding me? Open another track in So-Cal? You guys realize you already have 3 or 4 in So-Cal already!

Buttonwillow
Streets of Willow has 3 separate tracks
Cal Speedway

There are plenty of tracks. Thats not the problem.

I believe we are discussing tracks without turns.

turns are actually better, any car can be fast in a straight line, its when you throw in some turns that it gets interesting!

For more tracks that would have been a very high price to pay.

The end of the world. We don't pull out of Iraq. Mc Cain dies a natural death. Stupid Palin becomes President. Her horrible woman driving skills she plows into the white house setting off the dooms day button then the thousands of nuclear weapons we have fly and destroy the world and anyone who does survive the blast dies from starvation in nuclear winter.

Just my 200 cents.

all types of racing is good. each have there own challanges. fontana sucks. they dont allow slicks anymore. qualcomm 1/8 mile in a parkinglot, irwindale 1/8 mile. i just hate how the city looks at modified car. a good amount of us are good legit people but the r those dumba$$ mostly honda people that fly around everywhere and trying to make the car as loud as possible.
i dont think they would ever biuld another track because we dont support them enough. were to busy spending are on repairing or building r cars.

^ do you know how far the tracks are for us people in Los Angeles, its not close to us at all, and the closes track to us are only 1/8 mile tracks..

we need something near LA, like were they held the red bull challenge, would be close for every one in LA,

race tracks are like garbage dumps and nuclear power plants.

NOT IN MY BACKYARD is what everyone says. That's why they're located so far from civilization.

Didn't Barona have trouble making money?

^ I BELIEVE SOO, WELL LIKE I SAID, THE PERFECT PLACE IN SOCAL TO OPEN A TRACK WOULD BE IN THE Port of LA, its nothing but industrial out there, and they did host the red bull drift.

Cmanns, SHADDop with your automatic P.O.S..
