Hey I already have one point on my driving record. And just now at 11:12 PM I got pulled over for speeding. 40 in a 25..how lame is that. Didn't think it was a cop and that ****** was on my ***...but 40..come on a long straight road, who goes 25?? He was pacing me for about 1/4-1/2 mile...I got marked for speeding and not having proof of insurance..I just had proof of insurance on my dads 85 yamaha in it. It was his 85 bmw aKa the DD. Can I go to traffic school to clear my ticket even though I already have a point on my record?...My dad is threatening to take me off insurance if I have 2 points...this is soo ****** lame. I was on my way home and there was NOONE around except for the ****** behind me (the cop...) Go to court maybe and fight it? ....**** I dunno. I suck at these legal matters and stuff.

Getting traffic tickets sucks big time, I feel yah. Well, if you haven't gone to traffic school within the last 18 months, you should be eligible.

 

I haven't gone ever in my life..just within the last year got in a wreck which ended with me getting a point on my record (long story..) And now this ****.. I just need as much info as possible before 7/13...my juvenile court hearing thing..

You got a ticket for going 40 in a 25? I thought 25 was a school zone. Unless you were doing 40 in a residential which is again dumb.

 

C'mon man its the 23rd now, were are at the "End of the Month" and the Cops are meeting to the end of they're Quota. You have to be "Sharp" with yourself when you drive. Look at your Rear view mirrors religiously, watch out for yellow lights. They get you for anything at this time now, be careful.

oh wait... i remember now. the cop wrote it up as 100+. i thought anything over 100 was supposed to be a felony or something. for whatever reason or purpose, i think i'm just about the luckiest person on earth to get off with that.

and to rub it in even more, it was a 2-pointer, and my insurance only went up $4/month. wasn't my only ticket either.

maybe.....MAYBE the insurance company saw i have no accidents and figured i was "safe enough"....or maybe they were going through financial problems and really needed the money :p

yes, i think we all are influenced by how other people drive at one point or another. most of the time i ignore people tailgating me, in fact i usually slow down but not always and i doubt most here can say they always ignore people tailgating them either.

 

Oh nah Karack... I mean, Fuman doesn't need to be influenced by other people. He's gonna drive on the freeway in the fast lane at 60 and it's all ******* peaches. He's an indepedant person!
