Was this a turbo conversion?
How much was the cost to do the swap?

Sweet car...

Very nice looking MR2.

You may not like what you get out of this swap though. With prices as they are right now, a nicely done 91-92 MR2 Turbo is still going for around 3k-5k less than an average FD. Chances are you'll get an FD for it, but it's going to be stock or poorly modded, with some work needed.

Oh I see... Thanks for giving me a heads up Kaneto.
I'm still not sure whether i should trade this or just buy an rx7 and keep this.
I was just looking to see if i could get any deals out of this.

If I were you I would keep the mr2 and just buy an Rx7. So whenever the seven is down you can still mr2 as a fun car to drive and vice versa. And as Kaneto said you won't get as nice a FD as your mr2 is.

I agree 100% (and would add) Get to know the general issues FD's can have so when you ready to buy you will be informed on what your looking at, and you wont be rushed into a shitty trade. Awesome car, and with all the work done I think you might regret letting it go.

Yeah I get what you guys mean. Thanks guys, i'll probably just end up keeping the 2 since it was my first car. I'll stay on this forum and read more about FDs before I decide to get one... FDs just looks so much better than MR2s... haha.

How much would a healthy running 93-95 FD with a twin turbo be?
I wanna turn one into a show car.

twins are stock, but look to spend atleast 12+ for a good running clean FD.

If that's your first car then I have to give you some serious props. I only wish my first car was as clean and well done (and in one piece) as yours.
