Smog in Nevada?

What are the smog "rules" like in Nevada? In particularly Las Vegas?

being a smog tech in california, i can tell you that nevada is a basic smog check state right now. meaning, usually a 2 speed idle test without load. although, recently 28 states have adopted california smog laws and will begin enhanced area testing (asm240) test. 15/50 and 25/25 rolling test. you have to have all of the emissions, vacuum lines, solenoids, charcoal canister, egr, pcv, original exhaust (manifold and cats), catback doest matter, no leaks in the engine or tranny.
they just adopted it, but i dont know when they will begin with the testing proceedures, probably not long.

a short answer to your question, mostly they overlook stuff cause they arent as regulated as cali, so you could probably get away with more, but at least there is no loaded mode testing
after reading the laws on their dmv smog website
"Older vehicles (pre 1996) are tested with a Two-Speed Idle Test. The operator will test your vehicle once at idle speed, then test it again with the engine running at approximately 2500 rpm."
