I thought my friend was joking when he told me about this. I guess California is bringing in some kind of mobile smog machines. Machines are supposed to detect us and send us a ticket while were still on the road.

yes it has but i heard there becoming optional...like you dont have to smog, but they can still send you to ref

 

My car is a smog maching, just stand behind it for a bit.. produces alot of smog. :-D
