nice.

suggestion if you got the time and $$$: seeing that you got the regular v-mount, maybe you can run piping to a cold air box. i've seen pictures of it done before, with the same turbo too. get some cold air. don't know if the box would restrict suction/air flow with a single tho. if it does, shouldn't be by much.

good job, my choice of turbo too.

Nice setup, however, I have to ask. Is your FD going to be a dedicated track car? If not, how do you plan on passing smog? Even if you have a hookup, what if you get a Test Only notice from DMV (which seems to be the norm w/ rotary cars lately)?

Well, I'm thinking Justin @ Rotary Power, and maybe once steve comes around again sometime in the future when I'm not broke due to a rescent Single Install, I'll have him up the HP a tad....

Most Likely I'll try and get a larger IC from Chuck, and Sell this one... Incl. Air Box (Aluminium M2 Style Dual Cone Filter) My theory is Larger IC will cool air better than CAI, so I figure I go Larger and let the turbo suck a bit of post IC Air....

Speaking of sucking (insert comment here) Boy it sounds fierce once I step on it though

Your funny. I don't know what rock you have been living under. But, it really doesn't matter what kind of testing is necessary. They can all be taken care of. And, there are literally thousands of cars in California that have been and will be illegally modded.

All you do with silly laws like this, is shift who is making the money.

The nice thing with the GT35R is that you can run the stock airpump. With the airpump, a good catalytic, and good tuning, the car can legally pass smog.

The only obstacle is the visual. They look for an EGR, and other stuff. You can just point to something else .

I thought everybody's car here was smog legal

I think CA should just charge people who those of us who don't pass smog. That would give more revenue for the state. It might even improve the smog getting rid of older cars if they charge enough.

Wow... Freakin' gorgious! As a few of you in here might know, I just blew mine up, but daym, thats a set up I'd love to copy. Great job DC.

Smog-- what's that? As long as my numbers are *remotely close* to the legal amounts, I'll pass Test Only or regular, regardless. If my sources ever fail me, then like JesusCookies: money always turns the tables. =)

If I was to get my tuning done, I'd have Shiv from Vishnu/Bozz do it for me, buts thats just cuz I don't know of any other tuners in the area. Where is Rotary Power?
