Should I install my cat back with out a tune?

These are my mods so far, newer version pfc, fresh Pettit street port engine, 99’ spec twin turbos, 3” down pipe and 3” mid-pipe with high flow cat, Enfini cast aluminum Y-pipe, and a K&n drop in filter with some ducting.

Cooling mods, Pettit aluminum air separator, Koyo aluminum radiator, and dual Fluidyne oil coolers.

Do you think that it would be safe to install the rb exhaust with these mods without a custom tune? I currently hit about 11 psi and I am thinking with the RB dual cat back I might hit 12 psi.

I think the pfc has the base mod map since its the newer version. No custom tuning was done though.

If you're hitting past stock boost and you're not tuned and don't know where your a/f is at, you're playing with fire. Get it tuned before it blows up.

you don't want to hit 12psi. you may running lean now. get a wide band + air fuel ratio gauge.
your next mod probably the fuel system, then get a tune if you want to hit 12psi.
