Shop for FC NA S4 to turbo swap in SoCal?

I have an FC NA S4 that has been sitting for about 5 years. I want to do a turbo swap, but I have no mechanical skills, nor do I have the time. Can anyone recommend any shops in Southern California that can source the engine + parts and do the T2 swap? Even better if they can do a 13B-REW swap, since I know Mazda still sells those engines new.

Theres a myriad of shops that can do it, the biggest problem I've seen is that people don't want to pay what it costs as its 'just a stock swap'. But not.

I just had my 13b swapped in my FD and VMount put in at DNA. Takes time because they are busy, but have been great the whole process. Drives like a dream again.

Generally how much do swaps tend to cost nowadays? I'd like to keep it under $10k if possible.

It's going to cost 10k in parts to do it properly unless you're scouring and lucky. Shops don't do that and they need to be paid.
