You just show up. But I would recommend showing up at least an hour before.

Dinner, however you must buy your tickets ahead of time. You can not get them the day of the event.

wut time are you guys meeting up for the sac (elk grove meet up) spot?.....

 

In the past, there was line up around the block before the start of the event. Rotary powered vehicles were then allowed to go in and park on the grounds of Mazda R&D.

Part of the event is really just checking out what other enthusists have done with their cars while walking around the grounds.

Please note: NON rotary powered vehicles were suggested to be parked in the next lot, and not on Mazda grounds (except for a few Mazda 6 race cars). So all the V8 conversions can park next door, and do not need to line up for entry into the grounds.

You guys mind if I join the caravan? I'm currently driving a '2000 Subaru Legacy, but trust me, I'm a die-hard 2nd Gen fan. I've had 6 rx-7's in the past, including a 10th Anniversary, two 88 GTU's, and a 90 TII. I drove nothing but rx-7's from 1995-2005, when I bought the Subie for commuting. Now I have the itch to get another 7 again and am currently looking for one. Anyway, I can hang out at the back of the pack like an unwanted kid brother tagging along...lol. Cool?

The Tracy spot meeting time is 10 am at the latest. From what I can see on maps, looks like the Elk Grove meeting place is about an hour or so away. So I guess we're looking at around 8:30 to 9 am for the Elk Grove meeting time? I'm guessing here, not trying to plan an official time. Anyone know for sure how long it would take to get to the Tracy meeting place from the Elk Grove KFC spot?
