i don't see anybody bringing any kind of ******* food...but ice chests and ice...jesus christ people stop being so damn cheap....

 

I would bring something delicious, but I can't come. My parents will be flying in on Saturday.

On second thought, I MIGHT be able to come buy for a few minutes. If I do, I'll definitely bring something to be enjoyed.

Awesome. Curator guy also has cooler we can use. But it's probably best to have one cooler for uncooked food, and separate coolers for drinks.

I'm going to be there at 9:30 am getting **** started. If I can get one or two people to show up early to help setup (10 ish) it would be appreciated. Also I'll need a person or two for traffic control, people to help unload vehicles, setup stuff... etc.

Here's the going time line.

930 Twofer and Curator Guy show up
1000 Any volunteers show up

1030 People start rolling in and pre-stage the cars

1100-ish Roll cars into Museum grounds
~1400 to 1500 (2 - 3pm) Start breaking up
1530 Out the door

We're going to be pretty flexible about the plan and time table, but that's the general idea.

Also for people helping out, I'd like to rotate people in and out, that way we don't strand people on traffic control or manning the grill.
