That's exactly why you tell everyone it's a half hour early. 
But again, it gives us time to get the BBQ setup, get the cars staged before rolling them in, get all of the cars parked and take pictures, then have our meet, then get everyone out and all of the stuff taken down before the old folks (museum staff) have to go home.
I'll talk to everyone at the meet this Saturday, then I'll be down at the museum on Monday figuring out the details with Curator guy.
Also, one note I forgot to mention in this thread, the museum operates on donations, so making a donation while you're there would be a nice thing to do.

Or if somebody brings coals, someone else is going to bring tin-foil or light fluid? I never understood why people can't go the extra mile and just bring both hand in hand...Burger and buns, hotdogs and buns "CHIPS AND DIP" LOL...get the drift...

can't count on others to bring ****...but think about this...If your bringing burgers do you really think someone else is going to bring the hamburger buns? Or if somebody brings coals, someone else is going to bring tin-foil or light fluid?
