just for everyone who is still confused,heres the time :

im a local at these meets, the official time is 11:00AM however nobody gets there until its at least 11:30. once we get a good crowd (if we do) we stay out in the parking just talking and looking at the cars then go in for lunch and keep yaping about rotaries. then we come back out and talk/look some more. then everybody sort of leave as they need to. pretty simple i'd say
