Just want to know if anyone from the san diego area used to go up to fusion(the boba place) before and hang, on tuesdays before it became a hotspot, and who still goes up there and when? I've been told the meets are on fridays now.

 

I use to roll there quite a bit back a few years ago. We'd take my A4 and meet up with the other Euro guys. It was cool back then. I haven't been there in years though.

 

ooo i see, i went there a few months ago, it was tight, i felt awkward, especially rollin up in a crv xD haha, but i might check it out again friday, but iono.

 

I was up there this tuesday. So friday is the day now? Well I am down to go up there in my turboII this friday.

 

im not 100% sure if friday is the new day, i might check it out friday too, to see whether its true or not.

 

yeah i used to go every tuesday last year then i grew bored tired of it...then when i heard it got busted i thought it was wrap...didn't know they meet on fridays though...if they do meet on fridays what time? who's going? and i will go check it out...i will be in a big grey ford f-150 hit me up...i will be walking around in a black jacket flip flops and shorts...

 

They still meet but it's mostly hondas with a few scoobys and sometimes some 240s and maybe a supra or two. it pretty much turned gay though and everyone gets nervous everytime a cop drives by. I wouldn't go unless you were smog legal or in a DD

 

then don't mod the car...

 

I was there almost every Tuesdays with my Evo but I don't really go anymore just some times on Thursday's with my S2K it's the S2K day .

 

It's kinda boring there though everyone gathers but fraction off into their own groups. Hondas together AWD junkies together sddrift together. they don't really bond like when it started.. It's kinda a sassage fest too haha last time I went we just dipped and went to tapioca express to be around some cutiepies

 

you know what i just remembered that there is a rent a cop that now walks around last time i was there he was taking VID of the place and all of the cars that were there never mined about going if any one has any were els to start a meet i am down to go there when ever the that day set

 

any of you guys wanna check out fusion on fridays? maybe take a less likely targetted vehicle and check how it is nowadays?

i use to go every tuesday with the z club in my spec but not anymore. after the cops started rolling through regularly and the honda kids got stupider i stopped going.

that was a little early too...i don't see how meeting on a friday could be a good turn out...it's friday people are tired and just want to do two things...Party....or sleep...plus i think going out there around 7ish was little early anyhow try around 8 or so but even then i can't promise you anything...

 

i'll prolly go this friday for the heck of it, give an update and post pics of how it is.
