I have only been there sparatically. I think the last time was when my friend Kats moved to Japan years ago. Maybe once or twice since then. I still have tokens.

unless it's private property they can't kick you off the grounds. if they say loitering just ask if they even know the definition. Wondering around without apparent purpose. and your purpose is to kick it with some homiez.
