Rotor shop rotor shop in a dish...

who has had an engine rebuild in the SF bay area or the anywhere within a 500 mile distance from here? Who did you go to and how was your experience? I need a rebuild. the places I know of here are SR motor sports which i know nothing about. ricks rotary which ends up charging about 7k (too much for me). Rotary extreme isnt doing them anymore. Rotorsport2 I cant get a hold of. rotary works I know nothing about. Mazdatrix may be an option down south and also Tripoint down south sounds legit but mad expensive also. help please.

Lucky7 or Karack out of Las Vegas who seems to be helping you out plenty much bro... Expect to spend the same for the price you were already quoated at 5k if not way more if you have brain fart and go through MazdaTrix or Racingbeat...LOL...and that is no lie...Had a friend go through them a few years back ended up paying a nice chunk of change for street port..

Ya im talking to karack on the other page. Im tryin to spend my money efficiently. So im not trying to put it towards something i wont really need in the long run. i keep getting mixed answers though. its all just getting confusing now. i guess its better now than later.

Lucky 7 is legit. They are by far the CA rotary shop to go to since they do such great work at great prices.

I've heard great things about Karack's shop too, I have just never personally dealt with him.

My brother has had work done by lucky7 on his jspec t2 motor. No complaints yet, even after crashing his car and swapping it into a new shell it still runs GREAT.

Well all I can say is that they are very friendly with the prices, amazing work, and great customer service. There hasn't been a negative word about lucky 7.

I'm not going to give the price for my brother's rebuild because it may differ depending on what you want done =P. So give them a call tomorrow and get a quote .

Nicely said, might I add, since I was in high school racing hondas, I have never received the type of treatment from any other engine place, whether it be for honda nissan or mazda. For me, they have set a new standard for engine shops, lol.
