rotaryshack problems
I am just wondering if im the only one that is having major issues with rotaryshack, I ordered a weber carb intake for my 13B 3 months ago, payed $940, still don't have it, Robert almost never answers my phone calls, I got a hold of him once, the first time I called, ever since then he just lets it ring or hangs up almost immediately, one time he did pick up, told me he was having lunch and would call me when he was done, never heard from him, but the strange thing is that it seems like everybody on here likes the shop and say they have never had a bad experience I have been polite and understanding, I excepted any excuse he made up for my part being late, but all I get from him is s**t, idk, im kinda frustrated and just wondering if anybody else has had a similar experience or if im the only one

so, it has been a couple of days, and im glad to say that I have received my intake, and what an intake it is, spotless, looks great, im happy with my purchase, im happy I can get back under the hood and get to work, my car is almost done, and Robert did do everything in his power to try and get the intake to me, he payed for 2 day shipping and insurance on the package, tough it did not matter because USPS decided not to get it to me in 2 days, still, in the end, it was worth it
