Hey guys some of you may remember my thread from about 6 weeks ago pleading for help to get a hold of Robert. I did get him but once again I am at a crossroads, with no trackin number for my parts, no returned calls, no returned pms, or emails.

At this stage it has now been 7 months since he recieved my money for my turbocharger. I spoke with Robert at the beginning of october and expained why I was pissed and thought that we had an understanding that there was a huge lack of communication. since then he has said that he would express a turbocharger out to a friends shop called Ricks rotary performance so he could ship it to us up here in Canada..... 6 weeks go by and nothing..

I was wondering if there is anyone out there who can get him to contact me/send my parts or my money. I absolutely hate bringing my problems to the boards but I don't have anywhere else to turn!! last time I flew to LA to get my parts he wasn't there and I am not prepared to spend another 400 on a plane ticket! but if I have to I will, at this stage it's more about the respect than the money!!

Please, Please Please can someone help me out as I just want my turbo so I can finish my Car!!as it's the last piece I need!!!

sorry guys to put another black mark like this on the board!! mods feel free to delete if you disagree with what has been said or have any problems with this thread!! I don't want to Run Roberts name through the mud I just want what I paid for!!!! 7 months ago

Damn you must be screw by that guy. Well all I know is that he has good rep. but I've been seeing a lot of thread about how bad and shady he does his deal.

I am desperate guys I just tried calling and he hung up on me not 2 minutes ago!!! I am getting really discouraged, is there anyone out there who knows him that can maybe talk some sense into him?? I know he sells good products but I cannot wait any longer for these parts!!!!

well last I spoke to him robert was going to send the parts to Rick so he could send them over the border because Roberts excuse is that everything is caught up at customs but he won't give a trracking # to verify it. we know rick really well been dealing with im for the last 12 years or so.

Well i called him back 3 times and the same thing would happen the phone would get picked up for 5 seconds then "click". I don't know!! I hope that is the case but I just want the ordeal to be over with!! I just want my money back so I can move on with my project ya know...

There's nothing wrong with putting threads like this up. I know that Robert makes excellent products, but if his customer service is lacking then something needs to be done about it. Hopefully he'll read this thread and get things back on track.

Well, since he has not responded to my post in the rotaryshack section. I would say he's either on vacation or in a coma,lol.

Well, rule out the coma. Show he was online at 4:19 pm yesterday. so it looks like he has elected to take the 5th on answering any queastions at this time,lol.

i was in crestline for the week(mountains), i had no phone service(little to no signal), as i tried to call back several times..i definatly didnt hang up on you when you called and then call you back to hang up on you!!!what are you thinking?lol ...wireless internet was pretty much useless but im no computer guru.. but now im back, to see this...
bridon, you know the deal, you got a tracking # that the package made it to the us border, but it will not track beyond that.. i even offered to give you another canada customers phone # that had a similar thing happened to.. you know stuff somtimes gets stuck in customs, remember i sent 3 turbos, one in good faith, that i still havnt gotten paid on yet, so im in the same boat as you...
you got the carb right away, or did you forget about that?
oh and it has not been 7 months either whats up with that?
and where is the apex seals that adam promised me months ago?i havnt seen nor heard anything about those?lol
you have a pm too....

well I did send you cash in april for my turbo...... that equates to some time. anywyas man I'll hash things out with you off the boards as i don't want to deal with this in public any longer than I had to. now that I have your attention..

again guys I appologize for bringin this to the boards and appreciate all of your input and I hope this never happens again!!!

well its funny how he didnt mention the shipping method he chose for shipment on the turbos (3 turbos express to canada would be quite alot so i understand), so we went with regular ground... to canada, that could take months right there.... also he dosnt mention that i sent them a weber carb in the mean time, i payed for shipping (i chose express shipping and they had the carb within a week)

ayhoo,, they will get thier turbos and in the future we wll do express shipping only, so there is no extended waiting period....
oh and the shack will be closed for 2 weeks in december too....
