Rotary Fest Sac Caravan Thread!!!

Rob, there really isn't a need to get to TI that early in the day. At least not the whole group. Of course if you want to come out that early then it's up to you. But the actual meet isn't really going to start until like 1pm or so.

There's really no point in coming to the alamo shopping center. There will probably only be 3 or 4 of us waiting there, so just call us when you're near and we will hop on the freeway.
I say the sac guys meet up at around 9:30-10AM. Roll out at 10 and you guys will be near Vacaville at around 10:30. We should get to Treasure Island at around 11:30 which will gurantee us a good parking spot and not much traffic on the way up. But it would be nice to have one big caravan and not two, an early and a later caravan.

im gonna print up several copies of directions incase people get seperated like the last caravan to the bay...but cmon i know more people are gonna caravan than this...meet between 9:30 and 10...leaving at 10.

So, it's Natomas High @ 11? I'm not sure who Ryan is riding with. I think we have Guitarjunkie staying with us as well so he might ride with him. Also, if you guys have any tents/canopies it would be greatly appreciated if you could bring them with you so we can have some booths where people could actually get some shade or some refreshments. I think I can get one or two. The FD is ready and **** does she want to boost! Hopefully, she'll be broken in properly by the time rotary fest rolls around. And I'll follow you guys as long as Nader doesn't lead :P.

Thanks Evan (and Rhonda) for the extra space. I know I have a booth that I will need to set up and Ryan may have some equipment that won't fit into my car. Does anyone know if Nick and Ben plan on riding down with us?

To everyone who is planning on eating at Rotary Fest... We have decided that it would be much easier and cheaper over all to grill up some food at the event. But there is no way that I can front the money to buy this much food. So I'm asking that if you plan on eating that you paypal $5 per person that will be with you to cover the cost of food. Please be sure to include your forum name with the paypal because I am going to send you an email "receipt" that you will need to turn in when you go to get your food. I wish that I could just front the money for the food and take the $5 per person at a registration table like we have been doing, but hey the military doesn't pay me that much!
