RIP: Norman Sidepex aka Goofyrotor

Norman from Sidepex lost his battle with cancer last night. I'm sure that many old timers know him. He was a good friend and one hell of an engine builder, I learned at lot from him.

It seems like it was just yesterday when we were postwhoring in the middle of the night with slurp this and slurp that

he was a funny guy, I remember the Costco meets in Los Feliz where he would just circle around the parking lot trying to avoid being noticed

The best rotary engine builder this side of L.A. Happy times at SidePex when I want a quick oil change that takes 2 hours to do, because he wants to battle me in that Old School Street Fighter video game they have in the shop and always egging me to burn some rubbers in front of his shop. Fun times! Our thoughts and prayers are with Norman's family! I will miss you Norman. RIP!!!!

Yeah good times with Norm. We built several motors in my garage, cleaning and porting took forever coz we were shooting **** all the time lol, for the most part, after all these years, he calls me Romeo, close to my real name LMAO
