I recently started as a student at SDSU, and while I have noticed quite a few nastily modded cars, I never saw much because I always take a shortcut through the faculty parking garage.

However, it was full today, so I ended up going to the wide open "lot C" instead of "parking structure 1".....and wow. In a 5 minute drive, I found sonme really nasty stuff:

-Ford taurus station wagon with a body kit, spoiler, greddy stickers, and 5" exhaust
-6 cylinder mustang with HUUUUUUUGGGGEEEE wing mounted at a positive angle of attack that would actually lift the rear end
-Base model neon with a carbon trunk
-lots and lots of eclipses in various states of repair, most of which had a carbon hood and a massive spoiler
-All your typical hondas streetracer hondas.

Basically, it seemed like every other car was like this...ugghhh

Note to self: dont park in lot "c" anymore.

I do have to admit, though, there were a couple of nice cars. Mustang cobra (only decent mustang), 3000GT that seemed to be most carbon (wow on that one)....

 

you sir need to go to UCI, now that is the rice capitol of the world.

 

i go to uci and theres quite a bit of fc's and some fd's around. so many subie owners that all have a greddy or hks bov . i cant stand the hondas though. they get some cheap *** body kit, a coffee can exhaust, and have like stupid *** stickers like the car actually goes fast.

 

word, UCI is the king of "modded imports parking"

 

I'm just so happy that most rx's aren't altezzafied.

Although out here in richmond I saw an s4 that was 'ghettoliscious' or however you want to put it. Black tinted windows, huge golden rims, gold paint, chrome trim, and sounded like it had so much beat the hatch was going to shatter.

The driver looked like a half-black half-white chick with cornrows.

I really had to wonder if they even knew what was under the hood.

try living in ramona(around san diego by poway/escondido) no offense to hispanics. but mexicans rule ramona pretty much and all the taco shop owners drive the riciest POS's around. 92 accord orange with green and white flames huge wing. atezza,of course, bridgestone performance 3 spoke boat propeller rims. i will try to get a picture of it when i go back home this weekend. but thats just the beggning. cus the other half of ramona are farmers/white trashers. ugg. hollywood is just as bad too.

oh ya and its not kids driving the rice. its the parents with the kiddies in the car seat. in the front of course.

 

OMG! I have literally...and I am not kidding at all about this...seen smaller wings on full size airplanes.

yeah, i gotta agree with this. I live in Escondido and its the same thing. I see old 4 door civics with rustoleum painted front bumper, big honkin wing with only some of the screws holding the wing to the trunk, bubbling neon green Maaco paint, purple tint, and bullet hole stickers along with requisite APC styling parts all the time around here. And just like you said, its usually parents with a gaggle of kids in the back seat.

At least they don't race anyone and most of the time just putter along with their mufflers dragging on the asphalt.

On wednesday i was dropping some stuff off for my cousin that goes to UCI. wow in one parking lot i saw like 9-10 riced up cars i was like o_0 that is a bit to high.

 

haha raptor yes i must agree san diego is pretty mad. its the home of shopping cart wings and fugly body kits. SD is like a every day fast and the furious with all the put put cars driving around. i especially like how kids in my area think their single-cam civics and stock LS intergras are fast. I live over near the Spring Valley and National City area and its pretty bad
