Red FD on AZ L303 this morning
I was driving my 7 to work today and saw a guy in a red FD with CA plates driving on L303. Wearing a military uniform. Just wondering if you're on here. Pretty rare to see another FD in the wild.

Yeah I live in the desert oasis area. I try to drive my FD to work every Friday just to put some miles on. There's a local car club that's mostly classic muscle that gets together Friday nights in the Sam's club parking lot off 303 and Bell. You should come by someone. I'm usually the only import that shows up lol.

I just recently got in contact with a bunch of rotary enthusiasts and they meet once in a while. You guys should join the group on Facebook called Arizona classic Japanese cars. There are a lot of rotary guys on there.

Sorry I didn't get the notification of your post until today. I was telling my girlfriend we need to get up to the pavilions soon. Do they do that every Saturday?

Hello all, just saw these posts looking through the site, I live out in Chandler, does anyone know a good tuner locally? Need to get my FD tuned and dynoed, any help would be greatly appreciated. Would be cool to meet up with some other rotor heads here in the valley, are the meets mentioned above still on?
Andrew.

From what I've been told the meet at the pavilions in Scottsdale is pretty much every Saturday. I'm not sure though. I also know they do a cars and coffee in Scottsdale on the first Saturday of the month, but that means getting up early haha. I know for a fact that there is a big car meet in Glendale every Saturday evening in the Kmart parking lot off 67th and Bell. Then there is the one up in Surprise off 303 and Bell in the Sam's Club parking lot on Friday evenings, but I haven't really been going to that one a lot. As far as tuners go, I'm not sure on that one. I'm going to be looking to do the same once I open up my intake and get a PFC. Join the Facebook group I mentioned. A lot of rotary guys on there and a lot of shared knowledge.

Hey Matt, I saw you again today getting on 303. I would have been driving my FD today, but I had my GF drive it to work today (eek!). One of my cars is down right now, so I've had to drive it. We have a lot of trees in our parking lot at work that tend to have branches break off when it gets windy, so I had my girlfriend drive it since they have covered parking. You could say I'm a little over protective

Our plans changed. We're going to the air show instead. I'll make C&C next month for sure. I don't generally drive my FD in the summer since I'm still on stock cooling.
