well it clearly states that they target gross polluters (as in cars that smoke a lot)

meh. It's one of those things that you can't really hate though. If you live in a metropolitan area then you KNOW what it's like to step outside and smell nastyness. I understand the NEED for smog laws but at the same time I want to have my car running as freely as possible.


Are YOU SURE about the 1975 law?? This whole time i've been waiting for the SA to be 30 years old so it could be smog exempt!!!!!!

Yup. Only pre 1976 vehicles are smog exempt. I'm gonna put my rotary in an S30 now, laters.

RX-3 SP is not smog exempt since they are 76-78.
