Radiator recondition??? where???

i just got a radiator from another member and overall its in good condition. im just a lil picky. i want to get it reconditioned and was curious if anyone has gotten thos done before. i mainly just want to get the fins straightened out. any info would be great. thanks

Aluminum like a Koyo, or regular? Regular can go to any radiator ship, but aluminum generally requires a different level of equipment for reconditioning. Only place I could find for the latter was out in Fontana.

Depends on what you need done and how much time and material needed to do it.

I had a new radiator cap mount installed. Wish I could remember the name of the place for you, but for sure it's in Fontana. And I went to a bunch of radiator shops before I found them.

Fins are easy to do. Go to any HVAC partshouse like Aircold or johnstone and buy the comb.It comes with different sizes

i have the comb already, it doesnt have the correct size for my pwr, plus automotive radiators are differant than the the rads the comb was designed for. if you watch this youtube vid, you will see the rads the comb is for, note the differance.
