I'm sure they do, and it will probably be pricey. call them and ask.

Call them first. I think Racing Beat specialize in building race cars and don't do maintenance or repairs on street cars.

I like Mazdatrix, and there are some other shops around, too. Search the West regional section for more recommendations.

I called Racing Beat about three months ago, asking them about rebuilds. They said they don't offer that service, and recommended Mazdatrix instead.

Knowing Racing Beat as I do, this isn't something they would do. The closest I've seen they doing things like this are related to doing R&D work for Mazda Corporate.

Best alternate choice as far as located to that area.would be Nic,, Louie and the gang at Rotary Reliability and Racing. They're just south of the corner of Warner and Harbor in Santa Ana. With decent traffic, about 30 minutes from Racing Beat. Take the 55 south to 91 west, off on Harbor. Go south, and on the right side just after Warner (and the Jack in the Box on the corner).

If you had been building world-class racecars and doing serious R&D work for three decades, would you really want to fix broken motors for people you didn't even know? Besides, I doubt many people would want to pay these guys for what their time is really worth.
