Question about auto/manual

i bought a shell that happens to be a auto i have all the parts to make it a manual. i've run into a few question and was wondering if anyone knew the answers. ive been told a few things by some very reliable sources but i was wondering if anyone knew for sure.

1. do i need to make a tranny brace or can i use the stock one?
2. i was told i needed to swap the main harness and interior harness is this true?

all the threads i looked at that talked about this build didn't address any of these issues.

I'm assuming you're asking about a FC...

The transmission mount bolt holes are different between the manual & auto. You'll need to fab up a custom transmission mount. As for the wiring, not too sure.
