I puchased a gt35 from them and had oil issues due to my restrictor size . the owner Jesse without a doubt quickly took it back and rebuilt.

I still had oil burning so I went with a smaller restrictor (.30 usually for bb turbos on a journal ti help because of the burning)

a few miles later the turbo destroyed itself due to lack of oil.

leading to the following events since I already used my warranty and Jesse wants the best from his customers . Wanted to make sure I was happy and the issues were resolved.

he assisted me with my engine setup to make sure we dont have another turbo issue and again is shipping me a new turbo at his cost to make sure Pure Turbos stands behinds its products.


if anyone ever has any issues with their turbos make sure you speak to Jesse the owner himself.

Good to know. If I ever need my turbo rebuilt I'll make sure to go to these guys.

brand new garret gt35r got a very small chip
they just grinded it and rebalanced not like other shop advised to get a new wheel which they will charge for parts and labor and another shop wants another chra which is 800 damnn
they only charged me rebalancing and shipping
3 days car up and running
turbolab un virginia on the other hand took 3 months just to fix a rear seal when i bugged them on fb messenger only took 1 day and ship right away really...
