It's a piece of product merchandizing promotional material that sort of "slipped" through the Great George Lucas "Quick! Change The Movie Name!" Recall of 1983... Had a friend who worked at Sears in the marketing department; he managed to "lose" a couple of the folders before the box went back to Lucasfilms.
