Plz forgive me

So I came up on a crazy deal, but it required me to jump ship. I sold my FB for a near-mint 944.

Which was cool, my FB, however awesome, was very beat up, but a great learning project. . .and it seemed that no matter what the problem was, it was (more or less) easy and cheap to repair.

Long story short, I may have just seized this stupid peice of crap audi block by incorrectly changing my timing belts. So an hour cost me 3 grand.

I'm seriously considering parting out/selling this 944 and getting an FC (which has always been The Dream) but keep thinking about throwing a 13b in it to **** off the Porsche-guys. lol

Although I have not turned my back on my rotor-love, I feel I have been remiss in having walked away from an rx7.

Thanks for listening.

^Yep.

None of the front engine Porsches are Porsches at all...Just as he stated the engine is Audi, and everything else on the car was made by one manufacturer or another, but not Porsche itself. My father inlaw has a 928, and its the biggest POS ever.

send me some pix. i have a extra FB sitting at home, saving it for extra parts. rebuilt 12-A, dellorto, RB exhaust, RB full suspension. I see RX-7 as a parts car so its not a big deal if I let it go LOLLL

I like how this went from a guy looking for sympathy to people trying to sell him stuff. That's awesome.

LOL

Although the idea was always to sell this and get an FC, Karma did indeed kill the 944. At least I made sure my FB went to a loving home.

Silly me for thinking I could turn this thing over for a few bucks.

What year is your 'other' fc Damzil?

I'm about to have some great miscellaneous performance parts for sale this weekend for an FC. Some bits are suspension, some are N/A performance so look for my for sale thread in the west section.

Oh yeah... hmm... well... you will have the LSD on it. It's a late 86 model. gxl... but if you're intersted in just an engine, the engine was rebuilt, numbers unknown but compression is good.

Marck, I'm not actively selling it just yet because I want to do some repairs first, but I'm lazy. If he wants to buy it as is, i'm cool with that. :]

Price is a firm $500 w/o the repairs and lsd. (This is Eileen btw). umm trades???? I'll think about it... I kinda like money though, I can use money to buy things. I'll think of moderately expensive things that I've had my eye on.

I thought a porche was something that is pretty much permanently in either your front or back yard, & is the place you go sit when you DON'T want to go somewhere?

Got a back porche; that's what I do with it.
