AZ phoenix area engine rebuild?

so took my 93 to a reputable tuner here in az. drove the car in and had to have it towed out. rear rotor has low compression. is there anyone local to the phoenix area that is a reputable engine builder? was going to ship it to banzai, but wanted to see if there was anything local first

If you don't mind sharing who you worked with that would help the rest of us avoid them.

The only one that constantly is recommended is a local guy name Cesar J. Hernandez. He's only word of mouth and charges around $3000 for labor, not including parts.
