How safe is Paypal? Would they refund your money if you did not received the product?

Paypal is pretty safe I would say but getting your money back depends on the situation. For example if you dont receive something and the seller shows proof of shipment then you are kinda out of luck in most cases.

 

If it's a high value part IE a car, you can also use an escrow service thru Ebay.

yea if the seller can't show proof of shipment and delivery then yep, u got ur $$$ back

 

paypal works fine if nothing goes wrong with your transaction, but if something does, you're screwed. they have a pitiful "customer service department" if that's what you call it.

their general policy is to make sure they're not out any money, then do nothing else.
