I spent many years in Dubai, also living in an apartment complex surrounded by Filipinos. The women were all straight. But most of the men were effeminate. So not even bisexual but full-blown ladylike guys. All the normal looking men were either married or living with a girl. I hear they have a similar situation in Saudi Arabia where the expatriate population is mostly pinoy.
So I take it from your responses that this isn't the norm in the Philippines or the US? Maybe the gay pinoys all mass migrated to Arab countries because of the Arab reputation for being (at least) bisexual?
