bout blew my **** up today.........parked my car with 9 minutes on the TT and walked away, little did I know my efan + wire came loose. A co worker ran in and said my car was smoking like it was on fire....WTF, ran out and it had already shut off, and there was smoke everywhere. ****......my heart dropped. Got in and turn on the IGN and the temp was just over 3/4. "There goes my tax return" was all I could think, that and a bridgeport hehe. Tried to start it up, and the temp was 3/4, there was coolant all over the ground. It wouldnt start after a few minutes of trying, and the A/F;s were dead rich. Pulled the egi, and held it wide open, and the A/F's dropped to lean. Put the fuse back in and fired it up bubbling like mad out of the overflow, BUT it was still way hot. Backed it up to fill the rad to the top and let it idle. It ran the same as before. It is a RR&R rebuild with around 15k. I think/hope I got super lucky!
