whats good wit it, you picked one up... good systems but each there own

 

having spark issues it seems to be eating up the coil packs.....works for awhile fine then slowly dies out....at idle the rpms keep droping until the car dies and all the spark is gone....

 

thats a charge issue y would u think it's the microtech

 

because it kills the pack all together. the car has good power and a new redtop battery that can crank it all day.....i don't see how the charging side could kill coil packs like this. if you got any ideas let me know......

 

the alt might be bad......the battery cable fell off and it died pretty quick.....but it doesn't seem related.....or is it?

 

alt. charges the system, if the alt goes bad your losing juice losing power and which in turn kills the battery which kills the spark

 

but would that compleatly kill the pack? i would think it would just pervent them from giving off a spark......my plan now is to change the packs again and install a fresh alternator......

 

try that should work. Somewhere in that electrical some wire for the charge system is disconnected or causing foul play
