That's probably the only good thing at LACR. If you bring an import, they usually won't hassel you about what's under the hood. Just always tell them that you run no faster than 14's.
California Speedway's dragstrip is pretty cool. The Belligerents used to go to these events before it was a 10 second or slower track. Yup, the tech inspection is quite thorough.
