hi. im so tired.

i hate this weather its so draining. well that and sleeping a couple hours a night doesnt help either. on the plus side i got to talk to my b/f on IM this morning at like 2am

 

go to sleep, we have a big day ahead of us tomarrow.

if i got to sleep this early ill be away at 2 am and that will be it for the night. then im all screwed up for a week. so i just have to suffer now. hopefully ill get to talk to nick again tonight but hopefully not as late as last night. too bad he is 18 hours ahead so timing it is hard i have to be online at weird hours

i have sleep issues. i never learned how to.

 

its easy..you just lay your *** down and shut your eye's..simple as that..

yeah and then i just stare at the back of my eye lids. or the ceiling.

 

your so difficult..if your really tired your body start's to demand sleep..there's no way your having a hard time sleeping when your tired your tired.

my brain is on constant overload. so yeah no matter how tired i am i cant sleep.

i have been known to get to a point of being so tired im incapable of sleep.

 

stress my ***..people take life wayy to seriously..you gotta go with it, try not to let the bullshit get to you..yeah its still going to be there but thing's will alway's work out in the end..come on now..life is a bitch but really? what are you going to do about it??

right but there is a certain type of person that all of it is subconscious. i dont stress but when i lay down my mind goes a million miles a minute and i cant sleep. it isnt really stress necessarily its just too much **** going on in my head. i really dont know how to explain it.

its a personality type.

like i can sleep if i do like 6 consecutive shots of vodka cuz my subconscious totally shuts down.

but sober i never learned how to do that

 

stress lets me know i have things to get done...if i want to get paid...and also beaware of the fact there is always someone out there to take my spot...

I can relate...my brother and i and the fact that we are brothers share the same problem...it's a chemical in-balance in the brain...that causes the brain to continue firing messages with or with out our control either in relax mode or full on all out going mode...in plain words

 

well then tell your brain to stfu and go nite nite..actually i can relate cause i used to have the same problem..i learned to control it rather it control me..

i finction just fine with minimal sleep. it really takes me about a month of sleeping a couple hours a night to get to a point of delusion.

i have always been the one that goes to the SEMA show for 3 or 4 days and i dont sleep but an hour a night. i wake up at 7 get ready for the show go to the show walk all day then go home change and go out for the night only to crawl in at like 3 or 4 am to do it all over again. by the end of the second day everyone im with is usually bitching about being tired and im still going,

 

oh yeah major chemical imbalances right here
