I know, I am scheduled for that one too. I need to do an initial tune for the 400-450hp mark then do another 1000 miles to loosen the new engine up before tuning it again.
I was wondering about a Bay Area meet also, not that Yuba city is that far out of the way, but it would be nice to do something a little closer.

 

We do have a couple of meets out towards the bay every year. This is just the start of our monthly meets for this year. Next month will be a cruise around the Lake Berryessa/Napa area with a BBQ or something similar to follow the cruise.

Now let's see if we can get attendance up for this meet. I know it's the first one after a LONG break, but they'll be every month again starting now. And don't forget about Rotary Fest 2 this summer.

hey guys we just got done with our fairfield/berryessa run, it was great i put about 90 miles on my car this afternoon, we had 2 red fd, 2 white fc s4 and s5, an ae86, prelude,a street bike and a fullsize pickup with us, we started at the starbucks in FF then took highway 121 out to berryessa went around the back side of the lake and had a photo shoot, rested and then took 121 back.
then we all went and bbq'd. it was a gorgeous day no incidents or breakdowns,

we did pass another white/light grey?? fc on our way out to the lake, i'm curious who it was.

if all goes well this week, i'll try to attend the bbq next weekend with you guys

expire temp reg(by 10 days) and DMV saying my liscense is suspended... its not. Its valid. And even if i prove that its valid, it dosnt matter (the officer said) its an automatic 30 day impound, and no matter what i have to pay all the fines. And if i dont get it out within 4 days of the 30 day impound, it will be crushed. Why? because they are trying to get older cars off the road.

 

**** that sucks man. Do you plan on getting it out or letting it go to the crushers?

 

I dont even know if i'll have enough to get it out. I want it soo bad.. i just replaced the water pump yesterday night, and did a full tune up, and it was running super nice! But it will be 1500+ dollars... and my GF just quit her job, so i dont even know if i'll be able to get it out. i may buy an 91 MR2 for 300.. he says all it needs is a clutch..

I dont know. i do know it sucks, and im pissed, and very sore about it.

Brandon, yes there was a dyno day about 2 months ago. But I'm sure that there will be another one soon enough. There are a ton of people who are in need of a tune now.
