7 hours, 207 miles, 9.01 gallons of gas later... That was a nice day.

Smallish turnout, but a nice group.

Few pictures here:

More coming later, I'm sure.

Pretty pleased with that 22.97MPG, considering the amount of time I spent with the 'go' pedal firmly pressed.

It was a good time, tired from the drive back.

Have to figure out how to remove all the fah-king sticky gravel from the inside of my wheels...

I too had a blast! Felt sooooo good to have the FC back on the road after a 3 month hiatus lol

Good food, great people, awesome weather, and even got a souvenir! (2 lbs of asphalt and rocks in my diffuser)

Looking forward to the next one...

About 207 miles round-trip for me, home to home... and I got 23MPG doing it.

Only way the day could'a got better was finding out that Seal Team 6 had delivered a long-delayed hot lead injection to UBL's ol' terrorist "master" mind.

That caused me to break out the Glenmorangie.

I like that pic! White FDs are so pretty. Nice to meet you Ty, I can't believe I didn't check out your car. Are you rocking the Auto EXE intake? I was thinking of picking that up when I was still rotary.

I was debating whether or not to post the video I took from inside of my car, but I figured what the hell. It's kind of fun to share your cabin/car experience, so I posted it up anyway. Pretty boring, but at least you get an idea of how the drive was.

I e-mailled "Victory Jon," asking after the two pix he got of me. Apparently he quotes based on how he judges the 'quality' & 'clarity' of the photos. In my case, he's asking $25 for the best one, $38 for both (as he sees one as a bit blurry from motion, & gives discounts for multiples) for full-resolution digital content at 4288x2848, which would be 12MP res.

I'm thinking about it; pretty sweet pix, actually. & since I can probably sneak one or two through the E-size plotter at work.

Pretty cool. You could make posters out of those. Nice to meet you too Glen, your SA is beautiful. I would love to have one. My mom used to have one, that was the first car I ever really loved driving... I miss driving it.
