I am new to the South Bay (Santa Clara) I just bought my FD after getting out of college. I want to go to this meet. I just have some questions after reading through the thread. Why are we meeting and McDonalds in order to meet at Red's. Is it for the fun of driving up there? Someone said to meet at McDonalds at 12pm even though it says to meet at Red's around 12pm. Does around 12pm at Red's mean 1230pm - 1pm. I have an appointment for new tires to be mounted at 11am and probably will be late. How long will most people usually stay? Looks like I will not make the McDonalds meeting but I just wanted to know what I was gonna be missing.

We are meeting @ McDonalds so that the locals can caravan to Reds. I think thats the only reason.

If the meet at Red's is at 12 we should leave McD's at a preset earlier time or bump the Red's back 30 minutes or something and also get a roll call for the the caravan from McD's so we can leave as soon as everyone is there instead of waiting around.

If someone does the yahoo maps from McD's to Red's I'll print out a copy for everyone.
