Yea, riding bart is equivalent in cost to Driving a car that gets about 14-15mpg. Used to cost me 8.10 a day to ride from dublin to oakland. Where as I could drive my Expedition and it would cost me 3 bucks each way. It doesn't save you any money or time for that matter. Takes about 45 minutes to ride from dublin to oakland, which is, with no traffic, a 15 minute drive.
