might i suggest for some after BBQ events a movie or hanging out at an arcade or bowling etc. then heading out for some coffee and evening cruise.

 

Yeah that sounds awesome, theres places for any of that stuff not too far from my house. Bowling is kind of pricey at the place near here, but theres also a pretty cheap pool hall nearby- their arcade is pretty outdated (still lots of of fun) though.

 

Sorry guys I have been so busy lately with getting moved in, orientation, job hunting, and workin here in modesto etc. Anyways thanks for iniative Steven and for the place to hang out. I think the idea of a cruise over to somewhere else after sounds great.

I think that my boy Evan with the black FD will come too. He's been crazy busy trying to get his FD to run right now that he has the '99 spec twins in it. I think it's all sorted out now though. That and one of the guys that I'll be driving with this coming year at the drift events will be there too I believe. Looks like this should be a nice turn out.

I would say that all of us like beer. But it's up to Janus if alcohol is allowed. I wouldn't think it would be cool to just bring beer without clearing it with the person who owns the house.

4 More days and Zach's home

 

I was wondering if anyone was gonna bring up beer- I'm gonna go ahead and lay out a one can per person limit and you're drinking it pretty quickly after you arrive here. Don't mean to cramp anyones fun or anything, but it's a car meet guys, we're gonna be cruising over someplace afterwards or you guys are gonna be driving home at least so unless you're coming w/ a DD, nobodies drinking that much. But if you want and you're legal and you think theres enough interest, bring a 6-pack or something and offer it to people, beyond that though I'm gonna say no.

 

Steven, you're not cramping anyone's style, so don't even worry about it. I totally agree with you about not mixing drinking and meets. If I remember correctly, that was one of the ground rules that was set when this club formed. And thank you for offering your house, the least everyone can do is respect it. Happy Halloweenie everyone
