Newbie in SoCal...most knowledgeable RX7 repair shop?

Like so many newbies before you, this question has probably been asked to death...I am just lazy and didn't search but I am hoping you guys can go easy on me and just tell me where is the best mechanic shop for FD in SoCal area.

I just got a white 94 Touring and so far everything runs pretty good. But I would like to take it to a shop and see if there's anything that needs to be replaced. I've read all the reliablility mods that I should do to the car so I'll try to get all those parts whenever I get a chance...right now, I just want to take my new/old car to a trusty mechanic with reasonable rates that can fix whatever needs fixing on the car.

Thanks and "Hi" to all.

Yeah, just do a search. Every shop has stories. You need to figure out which ones you're willing to trust based on what other people have said about them. If you're still too lazy to search, PM guitarjunkie. He's a rotary mechanic, and he'd be more than happy to take your money.

btw, welcome to most noob unfriendly board on the interweb.

Just to give you a list:

GuitarJunkie out towrds riverside...
Tripoint, Woodland Hills
Mazdatrix, Signal Hill
Rotary Racing And Reliability, Santa Anna
R&R, Upland
Rotary Power, Gardena

All of which have their positives and negatives... most of them involve Service / Price...
I'm way to biased to even get into which ones I like and dislike....

Pick someone near you, and have them check the car, maybe even sabotage a hose and see if they find it and give you an fair estimate... ???

You should be happy I mentioned you first !

Seriously, Guitarjunkie is a great guy.... and if I still had a rotary I'd take it to him... or Steve @ R&R.

This is my current ride

Guitarjunke - I have FD, you have PM.

I know it's PITA to change the fuel filter on the FD, is $125 reasonable?

I'd be a bit pricey if that was just labor, but for parts and labor... I think it's a Deal !
